The short version: Cycle is a wellness app, not a medical tool. You are licensed to use it on your Apple devices. You own your data and can delete it at any time. Please use the app responsibly and in accordance with these terms.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cycle iOS application ("Cycle" or "the app") developed and operated by Aegis.O Private Limited ("we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Singapore.
By downloading, installing, or using Cycle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
These Terms are between you and Aegis.O Private Limited only, not with Apple Inc. Aegis.O Private Limited, not Apple, is solely responsible for Cycle and its content.
2. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Cycle on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use the app on a device you do not own or control.
- Make the app available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the app.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Cycle. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
4. Account
You may need to create an account to use Cycle, via Apple Sign-In or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app's Settings menu. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
5. Health and wellness disclaimer
Cycle is a wellness and lifestyle application. It provides general guidance based on menstrual cycle phases to help you align your daily routines with your natural rhythms.
Cycle does not provide medical advice. The content in the app — including guidance on food, exercise, supplements, rest, and lymph care — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or supplement intake, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, or have any medical condition.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any guidance provided through the app.
6. Intellectual property
All content in Cycle — including text, graphics, design, software, and the underlying methodology — is the property of Aegis.O Private Limited and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The Phase Guide content, design system, and product methodology are proprietary.
Your use of Cycle does not grant you any ownership rights in the app or its content.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the personal data and content you create within Cycle, including journal entries and reflections. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the app's functionality to you.
We do not access, review, or use your personal content for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's operation or infrastructure.
- Use the app to collect or harvest data about other users.
9. Third-party services
Cycle uses third-party services including Supabase (for data storage and authentication) and Apple Sign-In (for authentication). Your use of Cycle is also subject to the terms of these services. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.
Cycle does not contain third-party advertising or tracking.
10. Maintenance and support
Aegis.O Private Limited is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for Cycle. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the app.

11. Warranty disclaimer
Cycle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aegis.O Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Cycle, including but not limited to damages related to health decisions made based on the app's content.
Aegis.O Private Limited, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your use of it, including but not limited to product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
13. Intellectual property claims
In the event of any third-party claim that Cycle or your use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Aegis.O Private Limited, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Cycle if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the app is revoked. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
17. Privacy
Your use of Cycle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
18. Third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
